Smart Car Engine Rebuild Kit - Fortwo - The Not So Lucky Kit

For ALL models of Smart fortwo city coupe & cabrio with the 599cc or 698cc petrol engine from 1999 up to 2007.

"The Not So Lucky kit" If the engine has already lost compression in one cylinder, it will need at least one new exhaust valve.

This kit goes a little further and includes:

• Head overhaul gasket and seal set (includes head gasket, inlet manifold seals (set of 3), exhaust manifold shield gasket, valve stem seals (set of 6), thermostat seal to head, cam half moon seal, etc)
• Cylinder head bolts set (of 8)
• 3 x Exhaust / outlet valves
• Piston rings set for all 3 pistons
• Crankcase Breather Pipe
• Large tube Wellseal sealant for the sump/rocker cover gaskets etc.

Oversized piston rings are available at 0.25mm & 0.50mm for the 599cc, only 0.25mm oversize is available or the 698cc.

These kits are a mix of equivalent quality and genuine parts.

We cannot ship the liquid/instant gasket outside the mailand UK, so international orders will not include this item.
